DIRECT REPORTING TO:

Regional Manager, Vietnam

KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE:

  • Achieve or exceed sales and marketing objectives for Electrophysiology (EP) products in North Vietnam.
  • Focus on managing and growing key accounts, providing clinical support, and building sustainable relationships with medical professionals, institutions, and stakeholders.
  • Maximize market share, drive market development, and ensure high return on investment through strategic planning and effective account management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Marketing:

  • Achieve sales and margin targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans.
  • Analyze sales data to identify customer needs and align business and product strategy.

Clinical Support and Partnership:

  • Provide expert consultation and education on EP products before, during, and after procedures.
  • Strengthen clinical, product, and technical competency to ensure high-quality support.
  • Understand the needs and workflows of physicians and staff.

Account Tender Management:

  • Develop tender strategies to optimize share and pricing, driving implementation to maximize win rate.
  • Provide in-market visibility on tender conditions, pricing acceptance and competitor pricing trends.
  • Drive tender usage to maximize consumption and purchase.

Customer Engagement and Development:

  • Develop and drive the customer engagement plan.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Enhance customer competency through educational, training programs and industry activities.

Market Development:

  • Identify potential accounts for EP development.
  • Drive market development through partnerships with local distributors.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, changes in government, MOH and hospital policies.

Coordination and Reporting:

  • Provide timely market information to management.
  • Coordinate with distributors and stakeholders for seamless execution.
  • Prepare detailed reports for quarterly business reviews, monthly updates, and other management reporting requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years in sales and marketing of high-tech products with clinical support.
    • Proven success in selling, marketing, tender management, and account development.
    • Skilled in building and managing long-term customer relationships and engaging key stakeholders.
    • Experience working with distributors and regional teams.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiations skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficient in planning, analysis, Excel, and presentations.
    • Ability to execute tasks, think creatively, and understand basic clinical concepts.
  • Attitude:
    • Proactive: Takes initiative and accountability, creatively solves problems, and drives projects to completion.
    • Customer-Focused: Builds strong, sustainable relationships with integrity.
    • Collaborative and Adaptable: Works well with teams and stakeholders; flexible to changing conditions.
    • Learner: Continuously enhances clinical skills, challenges existing practices, and focuses on innovative solutions rather than obstacles.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in science, life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
    • Sales skills certifications are a strong bonus.
    • Relevant experience considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
