As a Key Account Manager (KAM) for the Nordic Countries, you will play a pivotal role in building
and nurturing relationships with key retail partners. You will work closely with sales leadership to implement growth strategies, manage accounts, and deliver results that drive market share and revenue across the Nordic region. This is a highly collaborative role where you will contribute to developing and optimizing sales processes, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and aligning with ZURU’s dynamic business objectives.
Pricing Strategy & Sales Management: Develop pricing strategies for assigned accounts and optimize pricing based on market trends and customer needs.
Account Relationship & Sales Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors, driving new sales and fostering long-term business relationships.
Sales Forecasting & Market Intelligence: Prepare sales forecasts, analyze data, conduct market research, and track new product developments to support sales objectives.
Customer-Focused Strategy: Tailor strategies to meet customer needs, maximizing sales and satisfaction, and developing customer-specific and channel-specific growth plans.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Planning, Customization, Brand Management, Marketing, Finance) to deliver projects and meet customer demands.
Event Participation: Represent the company at major trade fairs to build brand presence and strengthen relationships.
Project Management: Manage new projects and tasks and ensuring successful execution.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (preferred)
Fluent in English and Danish, Swedish would be a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development
Highly driven, independent, and reliable
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as required
Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and market dynamics
Proficient in sales forecasting, reporting, and managing multiple accounts and projects
Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams
