But we’re more than one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.

Introduction to role:

Do you feel prepared to build renal care by applying scientific knowledge to real-life patient care for those who need it most? Could you turn complex collaborator networks into aligned action that changes prescribing behavior and grows market share?

In this role, you will develop and apply local account strategies that increase accurate, on-label use of our kidney therapies in priority accounts. You will collaborate alongside Specialists and multidisciplinary teams to translate evidence into confident clinical decisions. You will build advocacy through science-based dialogue, educational programs, and ongoing relationship management. Working across cross-functional teams, you will connect insights from the field to actions that strengthen our brands and accelerate patient access. From identifying decision-making groups to prioritizing workshops, you will handle coordination of presentation series.

Accountabilities:

Account Strategy and Planning: Build and implement local market plans that improve positioning and accelerate appropriate adoption of our renal care portfolio, aligned to targets and account potential.

Stakeholder Partnership: Establish deep, long-term relationships with Specialists and key decision-makers; lead evidence-based discussions on approved indications, efficacy, and safety to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.

Insight to Action: Collect and share customer and ecosystem insights to inform brand strategy, medical education, and sales execution—closing the loop between field intelligence and enterprise actions.

Capability Building in the Care Pathway: Elevate knowledge across the multidisciplinary team and decision-making unit through tailored education, impactful workshops, and coordinated speaker programs with advocates and KOLs.

Extended Team Enablement: Support and train ER physicians, junior doctors, nurses, and other hospital stakeholders to strengthen understanding of disease pathways, appropriate patient identification, and product use aligned to guidelines and labeling.

Performance and Budget Ownership: Deliver sales goals and forecasts on budget, using the right mix of promotional tools with fair balance to achieve timely, measurable growth.

Compliance and Standards: Complete all required training and certifications; uphold all external regulations and internal standards, including the Code of Ethics and policies governing external interactions and privacy.

Essential Skills/Experience:
