As a Key Account Manager for Autovit.ro you will be at the forefront of the number 1 Car Sales platform in Romania, empowering our users and prospects with the best solutions to reach their clients, at OLX Group Romania.

What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

• Cover the Western area of Romania, focused on Timis, Arad, Bihor, Caras-Severin and Hunedoara counties;
• Contacting potential or existing customers to advise them about growing their businesses with the help of our services;
• Answering questions about the products/ services or the company;
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales;
• Enter and update customer information in the CRM;
• Accurately take and process orders;
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

• Have proven experience in Direct B2B Sales. Auto industry experience will be a plus, but not mandatory;
• Possess the ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects;
• Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Act cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
• Have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints;
• Have good knowledge of relevant computer software (e.g. CRMs);
• Good command of English.
