How you will contribute
You will:
Build & Nurture Key Relationships: Develop and strengthen trusting partnerships with our key accounts to ensure long-term collaboration.
Identify Growth Potentials: Recognize and unlock new business opportunities with existing customers to generate consistent growth.
Develop Joint Strategies: Create tailored business and activation plans in close coordination with our customers to foster shared value creation.
Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to evaluate business development and continuously optimize customer strategies.
Offer Management: Prepare compelling offers and presentations tailored to the individual needs of our customers.
Achieve Sales Targets: Actively contribute to reaching sales and revenue goals by acting proactively and delivering results.

Initial Sales Experience: First experience in key account management
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in German & English as well as presentation skills.

High Self-Motivation: A proactive, results-oriented work style and a desire for continuous personal development.
Negotiation Skills: Confident demeanor and persuasive power in negotiations.
