Key Account Manager – Marine Sales

Location: Taipei, Taiwan
Department: Marine Sales
Reports to: Marine Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to strengthen relationships with existing marine customers and drive new business growth in Taiwan. You’ll play a key role in managing key accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new customers through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals
  • Manage sales pipeline and CRM systems (e.g., Power BI)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Technical, Customer Support, Supply Chain, Finance)
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Chemical Engineering background preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or marine industry
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets (€4M+ independent sales experience)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and adaptability skills

Work Environment

  • Join a team of 40+ colleagues in a fast-paced, international setting
  • Engage with external clients including ship owners, ship management companies, and associates
  • Balance customer-facing activities with internal coordination and reporting
