The Key Account Manager – Control supports the execution of sales strategies at the headquarters level. The role focuses on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, or category and requires close collaboration with the immediate team. The successful candidate will contribute as an individual owner of assigned activities while receiving guidance and support to build strong commercial capabilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of customer and sales strategies at the headquarters level.
  • Coordinate assigned activities within a specific brand, channel, or category.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor commercial activities, follow up on action plans, and communicate progress to the team.
  • Analyze relevant sales information to identify opportunities and support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely execution of customer initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • Hard Skills:
  • Understanding of sales strategies, customer management, and commercial techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze sales information and prepare clear business reports.
  • Knowledge of account planning and customer performance tracking.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive customer relationships.
  • Collaboration and teamwork.

  • Previous experience supporting key accounts, sales operations, or commercial planning.
