Your role

• Drive meaningful growth: You’ll identify upsell opportunities and boost account expansion by leveraging customer insights and spending trends.
• Champion customer engagement: You’ll guide, coach, and onboard users, ensuring they unlock the full potential of our platform.
• Deliver exceptional service: You’ll resolve challenges promptly, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure customers always feel valued.
• Inspire advocacy: You’ll turn satisfied clients into enthusiastic ambassadors, promoting their stories through testimonials and events.
• Lead with data-driven action: You’ll monitor KPIs, analyse account health, and use your findings to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
