As a Key Account Manager, Household Care, Indonesia, you will play a critical role in expanding Novonesis’ presence in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic markets. This is a unique opportunity to build new customer partnerships, unlock growth opportunities in underpenetrated segments, and strengthen strategic relationships with some of Indonesia’s leading household care companies. The Role & Your Impact

In this role, you will take commercial ownership of a defined customer portfolio and territory within Indonesia. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting growth opportunities while strengthening existing customer partnerships and driving long-term business success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow selected key accounts, serving as the primary commercial point of contact.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop new customers, applications, and market opportunities within the Indonesian household care sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across R&D, procurement, marketing, manufacturing, senior management, and business owners.
• Develop compelling customer value propositions together with technical and marketing colleagues.
• Manage and advance opportunity pipelines from early-stage exploration through project conversion and commercial launch.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and account planning in alignment with regional strategies.
• Monitor market developments, customer trends, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Industry Technology Specialists, marketing teams, supply chain partners, and global stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and strong customer engagement capabilities to develop sustainable business growth in Indonesia.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with a passion for customer development and business growth.

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, key account management, business development, or commercial roles.
• Experience within household care, FMCG ingredients, specialty chemicals, ingredients, or adjacent industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and growing business from a low base.
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Proven commercial judgment, ownership mindset, and execution discipline.
• Ability to structure and manage complex opportunities through long sales cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
