Job Description

At HOKA, our goal is to inspire people to move. We want to empower all athletes to act fearlessly and creatively, to drive forward with purpose and passion – and with an “always-on” mindset for innovation and thinking outside the box, we craft bold and unexpected new solutions for athletes of all types. We aim to amplify voices and help provide access to running, walking, fitness and the outdoors. We believe everyone is an athlete. And however you find joy in movement, HOKA has your back.

Drive growth for one of the world’s leading performance brands.

HOKA is a consumer-driven brand within Accent Brands, operating with a brand-first mentality that puts product, performance and the customer at the centre of everything we do.

As HOKA continues to grow across Australia and New Zealand, we’re looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow some of our most important national wholesale partnerships.

In this role, you’ll own the sales strategy across key accounts with a national footprint, building strong relationships, driving commercial performance and ensuring HOKA continues to strengthen its position as a leading premium performance brand in the ANZ market.

What you’ll do

  • Manage key national accounts, taking ownership of sales performance and the order book.
  • Execute HOKA’s marketplace merchandise and sales strategy across your account portfolio.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across our wholesale partners.
  • Drive seasonal sell-in and manage indent creation across key accounts.
  • Forecast and report on sales performance, including sell-in and sell-through metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales, strengthen brand visibility and improve performance across key accounts.
  • Work closely with Merchandise and Brand teams to bring seasonal campaigns and product stories to life.
  • Execute account strategy at both a national and store level, building relationships with influential retail teams to drive product knowledge and sell-through.
  • Deliver seasonal technical and product training to key account teams.
  • Manage platform tools and ensure relevant product and brand information is accurate and up to date.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for a commercially driven relationship builder who understands wholesale, knows how to get results and genuinely enjoys working with great brands and customers.

  • Demonstrated experience in wholesale sales and account management.
  • Experience managing or working closely with national key accounts.
  • A strong understanding of retail, wholesale and sales dynamics.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial capability with experience managing sales, forecasting and account performance.
  • A background in premium brands, retail or consumer products.
  • The ability to manage a high volume of work and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Merchandise and Brand teams.
  • A genuine Make It Happen attitude.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of HOKA across the ANZ market, working with some of our most important national retail partners.

You’ll join a passionate, high-performing team with the opportunity to influence how HOKA shows up in market, build meaningful customer partnerships and directly impact the commercial growth of the brand.

If you’re commercially minded, relationship driven and ready to take the next step with one of the world’s most exciting performance brands, we’d love to hear from you.
