Key Account Manager (Health Tech)
The role is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic account plans for high-value clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving long-term growth.
Your role:
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve growth targets & build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Drive complex sales and marketing initiatives for key accounts & monitor KPIs and financial performance, providing insights to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
Mentor and coach junior account managers to foster high performance.
Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
6+ years of experience in strategic account management, client relationship management, partner sales operations, sales operations, business development or equivalent.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing executive-level relationships and sales delivery against targets in Medical Devices Market.
Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
