We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Key Account Manager Foodservice & Industrial Accountsto join our New Zealand Sales team, based in Newmarket

The Company

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop account specific business plans and measure performance against set standards

  • Sell to targeted new accounts

  • Identifyand lock potential new accounts

  • Establish/ negotiate and lock plans into agreement in line with company policies and budget

  • Communicate standards and customer commitments to the field and follow-up the implementation at the operational level

  • Develop work with key accounts and internal units to develop tailored product solutions

  • Monitor performance and compliance to agreement, taking corrective action where appropriate

  • Perform assigned tasksin accordance withall Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies,programsand goals.

  • Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision

What you'll bring

  • Strong background in FMCG

  • Experience working with large retailers.

  • Negotiation andInfluencing

Demonstrates positivity, resilience, problem solving, proactivity and initiative within their team

The ideal applicant will be tertiary qualified with a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
