This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.
Within the Foodservice France team, which specializes in the sale of frying, cooking, and seasoning oils under the Amphora brand, as well as couverture chocolates under the Veliche brand, you will be responsible for implementing the commercial strategy defined by the company.
After a period allowing you to discover and integrate into our organization, your responsibilities will include:
Developing sales and profitability for part of Cargill’s product portfolio with distributors and restaurant chain customers.
Defining the strategy and action plan for each customer under your responsibility.
Negotiating annual framework commercial agreements.
Ensuring excellent commercial follow‑up and execution of the defined action plan for an existing customer portfolio.
Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable products and services.
Being present in the field alongside our sales force to support commercial development and identify new opportunities.
Providing indirect supervision of our sales force.
Leading cross‑functional project development in collaboration with other departments.
Understanding how the vegetable oils market and the chocolate market operate, and being able to use this knowledge effectively with customers.
