Do you enjoy uncovering what enterprise customers really need and turning complex challenges into solutions that work in practice?

In this role, you will work with strategic accounts to understand their network environments, identify opportunities for modernization, and deliver solutions that create long-term value.

If you have the following, this job is for you:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales within technology, telecom, networking or managed services
  • Proven experience managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts
  • Experience selling networking, infrastructure or managed solutions such as SD-WAN, Managed LAN, security or cloud connectivity. Comfortable with high level network architecture
  • A consultative sales approach and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders in complex organizations
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering or similar (or equivalent experience)

About the role and the team

As part of our Enterprise Strategic Accounts team, you will work with some of GlobalConnect’s most important enterprise customers. Your focus is to help them modernize their network environments by positioning our products and services within SD-WAN, Managed LAN and security services and cloud connectivity.

You will engage with stakeholders across the customer organization, including CIOs, infrastructure leaders, network architects and procurement. Your role is to understand their strategic priorities and translate technological capabilities into clear commercial value for customers.

Internally, you will work closely with solution specialists, pre-sales engineers and service teams to shape opportunities and deliver successful outcomes for the customer. This means you will lead and coordinate virtual account teams, ensuring structure, clear deal strategies and alignment along the way.

Key Responsibilities and what you will do during a typical week:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned enterprise customers
  • Build relationships across the customer buying group, from CIO to network architects. This means establishing us as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional supplier to them.
  • Identify and drive opportunities related to network transformation and our SmartConnect solutions
  • Lead complex enterprise sales opportunities from qualification to closing. This includes coordinating internal teams to shape solutions and win strategic deals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver reliable forecasts
