You lead new business opportunities in right store opportunities in white space retail environments. You use your deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell to new customers and to expand current customers’ portfolios. In this role, you develop promotional pricing structures to fit with customer needs.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Responsible for developing and successfully implementing the commercial plan strengthen and expand Mondelēz International’s position with and assigned customer by preparing, negotiating and executing the business plans
  • Responsible for the coordination between the customer and Mondelēz International internal functions
  • Accountable for maintaining and developing strategic growth plans for customers with a focus on portfolio management, listings, distribution and effective promotion and visibility
  • Build and develop strong category partnerships
  • Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework, Assortment management, Forecast accuracy in conjunction with supply chain function
  • Together with cross functional colleagues evaluate, plan & execute appropriate promotional and in store visibility
  • Monitor, analyze and report on market developments and competitor developments

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

  • Responsible to lead/quarterback the Customer Team JBP Cycle. Including working with cross functional teams to develop and execute the JBP sessions with the customer.
  • Responsible to oversee the Data and Loyalty agendas both internally and externally, driving Insights and Analytics and ensuring an ROI and year-end balanced position.
  • Responsible for Enterprise Project Management, leading the internal and external taskforce(s), including action planning, communication, and performance management through KPI score carding and business reviews.
  • Lead customer retail activation and target setting with their retail partners

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Minimum 5 years’ prior experience multiple regional and national customer facing roles - Consumer Packaged Goods is preferred

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree, MBA or other designation an asset

Job specific requirements:

  • Excellent strategic leadership skills Ability to lead and inspire others while clearly setting direction
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Previous experience leading a key customer cross functional team
  • Understanding of multiple customers GTM strategies, structure and business practices Cross functional experience in customer planning, customer insights, retail, marketing, and/or supply chain
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday ( Hybrid)

Salary and Benefits:

The expected base salary range for this position is $93,300 to $116,650 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 12% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
