Siamo alla ricerca di un Key Account Manager da inserire nella funzione Sales Personal Care della nostra Business Unit Home & Personal Care per i nostri clienti del canale DRUGSTORE ed INGROSSO con domicilio in LOMBARDIA, con Un fatturato di circa 10 milioni di euro e clienti come DM.

In qualità di Key Account Manager, guiderai il successo della nostra azienda comprendendo a fondo le esigenze dei clienti e adattando le nostre soluzioni per soddisfarle. Costruirai solide relazioni basate sulla fiducia con i principali stakeholder, assicurando una comunicazione proattiva e una pianificazione strategica. Il tuo ruolo consisterà nel creare offerte personalizzate a valore aggiunto e nel mantenere partnership a lungo termine che siano in linea con gli obiettivi della nostra azienda e dei nostri clienti.

Come sarà la tua agenda:

  • Avrai contatti (programmati e non) con i clienti per discutere esigenze, progressi ed opportunità
  • Gestirai il ciclo attivo con riferimento a offerta cliente, inserimento ordine e verifica consegna (da input logistica)
  • Aggiornerai i piani strategici degli account e preparerai i report sulle performance
  • Svilupperai il full potential dell’account, condividendo modalità e idee con il team commerciale e trade marketing e ottenendone il supporto
  • Collaborerai internamente con i team di marketing, prodotto e supporto
  • Ti occuperai di ricerca/analisi su account chiave e analisi di mercato specifiche delle dinamiche del territorio
  • Ti occuperai di gestione ottimizzata del budget assegnato

Il tuo team:

Riporterai direttamente ad un’area manager nella funzione Sales.

Che cosa ti rende un buon fit:

  • Istruzione: hai una laurea specialistica in Economia e/o Marketing o aree affini, con interesse ad intraprendere un percorso di crescita in ambito Marketing & Sales.
  • Esperienza lavorativa: hai 2-4 anni di esperienza in ambito Sales e/o Trade Marketing.
  • Conoscenze tecniche: hai un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e di Excel.
  • Lingua locale: hai un'ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese fluente
  • Hai capacità di comunicazione chiare ed efficaci con una ottima propensione all’ascolto attivo.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales function Personal Care in our Home & Personal Care Business Unit for our clients in the DRUGSTORE and WHOLESALE channel with the domicile in Lombardia, with clients such as DM and a turnover of around 10 million euros.

How you make the difference:

As a Key Account Manager, you will drive our company's success by thoroughly understanding customer needs and adapting our solutions to meet them. You will build strong relationships based on trust with key stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication and strategic planning. Your role will consist of creating customized value-added offerings and maintaining long-term partnerships that align with the goals of our company and our customers.

How your agenda looks like:

  • You will have contacts (scheduled and unscheduled) with clients to discuss needs, progress, and opportunities
  • You will manage the active cycle with reference to customer offer, order entry and delivery track (based on inputs by logistic dept )
  • You will update account strategic plans and prepare performance reports
  • You will develop full account potential, sharing ways and ideas with and obtaining support from the sales and trade marketing team
  • You will collaborate internally with the marketing, product, and support teams
  • You will be responsible for research/analysis on key accounts and market analysis specific to local market dynamics
  • You will be responsible for the optimized management of the assigned budget

Your team:

You will directly report to an Area Manager in the Sales function.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Education: you have a Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or related areas, with interest in pursuing growth in Marketing & Sales.
  • Work Experience: you have 2-4 years of experience in Sales and/or Trade Marketing.
  • Technical Knowledge: you have excellent knowledge of Office package and Excel.
  • Local language: you have excellent knowledge of Italian and fluent English.
  • You have clear and effective communication skills with an excellent propensity for active listening.
