As a Key Account Manager, you'll own strategic customer relationships, influence business outcomes, and drive growth across key datacenter accounts. Your most important priorities will be:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for datacenter customers, building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand customers' needs and goals and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving them quickly, and providing ongoing support.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Prepare and provide regular reports on account status, sales performance and key indicators to senior management.

The ideal candidate:

• Has extensive experience in key account management for data centers
• Has a passion for identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Speaks and writes both Finnish and English fluently
• HVAC related experience is an advantage

Pay Range

The annual salary salary for this position is between 53.500 and 106.500 eur.  Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.   

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
