Key Account Manager – Critical Infrastructure Operations

About the Role

Join a growing infrastructure organisation as a Key Account Manager, serving as the trusted point of contact for key clients. This non-sales role focuses on delivering consistent service excellence, managing ongoing relationships with primary customers, and coordinating across operations, engineering, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary client contact, managing day-to-day communications and service expectations
  • Oversee contractual performance, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate client projects across construction, operations, and facilities teams
  • Manage project handovers from construction to live operations
  • Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, advocating their needs internally
  • Support incident resolution with timely, transparent cross-team coordination
  • Lead client meetings, business reviews, and performance reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational processes

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in client account management, service delivery, or operations within data centre, construction, facilities management, or commercial real estate
  • Strong contract/SLA management and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Proven ability to balance client expectations with operational delivery
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented approach in fast-paced environments

Additional Information

  • Two positions available in Melbourne with hybrid flexibility
  • Occasional travel to operational sites required
