Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

Your mission when joining Einride as Senior Account Manager will be to own your customer accounts and be overall responsible for their development and growth. The scope of the role also includes:

You will

• Develop operational solutions for dedicated accounts, to reduce cost and improve operational efficiencies, including upsell
• Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance of service level agreements
• Communicate with customer managers and report key performance indicators
• Secure budget adherence and invoice approval
• Ensure price adjustments, for example annual indexations

We expect you to:

• Have several years of experience in a relevant business area with hands-on experience in road transport or logistics
• Have experience from customer-facing roles, preferably with profit and loss responsibility
• Have a proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Have a demonstrated track record of delivering individual business/operational improvement initiatives
• Be independent and confident in acting, prioritizing and making decisions
• Be fluent in English and Dutch

This is a full-time remote position based anywhere in BeNeLux region.
