Responsible for managing and growing sales of Automotive Global OEM and Tier1 in GC. Builds long-term client relationships, meets sales targets, negotiates contracts, and ensures high customer satisfaction in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Target Achievement
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for vehicles, accessories, financing, and after-sales services.
• Develop and execute account plans to expand revenue from existing and new clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities and competitive trends.
2. Client & Account Management
• Manage a portfolio of corporate, fleet, dealer, and key retail accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and visits.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable vehicle models, financing, and service packages.
• Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Business Development
• Prospect and acquire new corporate and fleet accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotions, events, and campaigns for target accounts.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, volume agreements, and delivery terms with clients.
4. Operations & Administration
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
• Update CRM system with client information, interactions, and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, service, and inventory teams to ensure smooth delivery and handover.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market conditions.
5. Customer Satisfaction & Retention
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales process.
• Follow up with clients after delivery to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain brand standards and professional service quality.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle models, specifications, financing, and industry practices.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier1s.
• Understanding of electric vehicles (EVs) and sustainable mobility solutions.
