  • Communicate scientific and clinical information on early detection and emerging treatment approaches in type 1 diabetes, fostering understanding and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
  • Gather insights from clinical practice to identify barriers and opportunities in early detection and treatment, and work cross-functionally to develop practical solutions that support HCPs in improving patient outcomes.
  • Contributing to the promotion of knowledge and evidence-based practice around autoimmune type 1 diabetes.
  • Lead innovative educational and engagement initiatives — such as scientific events, peer-to-peer exchanges, and omnichannel engagement campaigns — to effectively share knowledge and strengthen collaboration with healthcare professionals in type 1 diabetes care.

About you

  • A nursing/healthcare background and experience in diabetes You have experience in diabetes treatment and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by people with diabetes and healthcare professionals in the treatment of type 1 diabetes.

  • Interest in innovation and development You are curious about new treatment methods and want to contribute to developing and implementing new solutions that can improve the treatment of type 1 diabetes.
  • Independence and collaboration skills You enjoy working independently, and you also have strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across professional groups.
  • Education Long to medium-length education.
  • Language skills Strong communication and presentation skills in Dutch, both written and oral, and strong communication skills in English or an interest in improving your English, both written and oral.

Why choose us?

  • Make your work count by supporting a company that brings life-changing treatments to millions — and is committed to doing right by patients, communities, and the planet.
  • Drive progress from within by helping simplify, scale, and modernize how a global biopharma business delivers smarter, faster, and more sustainably.
  • Support teams across science, medicine, and operations by building better systems, shaping bold strategies, and enabling innovation at speed.

  • Advance your career through stretch roles, cross-functional moves, and development opportunities designed to match your ambition.
  • Thrive in inclusive, high-performing teams where every role matters and every voice helps shape what’s next.
  • A unique opportunity to be part of a Northern European team working to change the treatment of type 1 diabetes.
  • A dynamic and multidisciplinary work environment where your professional background and experience will be highly valued.
