Do you enjoy turning customer relationships into real business results? Join our MX Sales Team as a Key Account Manager and take ownership of how Samsung Electronics products reach our customers and shoppers.

Our key accounts are where Samsung products meet customers every day. As a Key Account Manager, you will be the link between our partners and our business: understanding what drives each account, shaping the plans that grow sales, and making sure our products are visible, available and well presented at the point of sale. Your decisions directly shape how Samsung grows in the market.

What you’ll be working on

• Grow sales of Samsung Electronics products across your accounts and deliver the agreed targets.
• Negotiate annual contracts that create long-term value for both Samsung and our customers.
• Turn account profiles and KPI performance into clear improvement plans for each customer.
• Shape sales and promotion plans that drive demand and strengthen Samsung’s position in each account.
• Improve display share and in-store presence so our products stand out at the point of sale.
• Deliver timely, accurate sales forecasts that keep product availability aligned with demand.
• Contribute to the annual budget and bring market and competitor insight back to the business.

• Strong market and product knowledge: you speak credibly about Samsung products and the market they compete in.
• Continuous improvement: you look for better ways of working and bring new ideas to the table.
• Qualifications: a university degree, at least 3 years in sales or account management in a relevant industry, a category B driver’s license, advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and upper-intermediate English.

How you will make an impact

To succeed, you will manage your accounts with independence and commercial focus, from the first analysis through to delivered results.

• In the first 6 to 12 months: You have a clear view of each account’s potential, improvement plans in place, and are delivering agreed targets.
• Success is measured by: Sales performance against agreed targets and KPIs, forecast accuracy, display share and the quality of annual contracts.
• Day to day, you will: Keeping account plans and forecasts up to date, working with customers to set store targets and review results, and coordinating promotion and advertising activity.
