The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and growth of Urea, TPP NPK, commodity products and exploring trading opportunities for OPPs, by managing key accounts and developing effective marketing and pricing strategies.
Expertise in fertilizers, crop nutrition, and agricultural markets.
Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and supply chain economics.
Strong negotiation, key account management, and stakeholder influence skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify, capture, and accelerate growth opportunities.
Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities across the value chain.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of commercial leadership experience in agriculture, fertilizers, or commodities.
Strong knowledge of the Philippine agricultural landscape and regulatory framework.
Reporting directly to the Country Manager and a member of the Yara Philippines Leadership Team, he/she will champion Yara’s Leadership Expectations, fostering a culture of trust, delivery (high-performance) and growth mindset. The position is an individual contributor but has a highly influential role across multiple teams within Yara PH.
