职位概要
聚焦中国规模牧场，利用公司资源和自身经验，扩大ADM 品牌影响力，积极拓展ADM 饲料业务，搭建大客户销售团队，通过价值销售开发规模牧场，达成销售目标和市场拓展目标。
主要职责
• 聚焦规模牧场开发与维护；
• 整合公司与行业资源，帮助客户改善生产成绩提升经济效益；
• 销售达成：根据市场需求调整产品方案或营销策略，不断拓展销售渠道，达成销售目标，提高市场占有率和销售额；
• 报告与总结：定期提交销售报告，总结销售业绩和市场情况，为企业发展提供数据支持。
岗位要求
• 相关专业本科以上学历。有较强的管理能力；
• 具有饲料产品销售背景，同时具有动物营养技术能力或大牧场生产管理经验者优先；
• 有一定的大客户和行业资源；
• 良好的客户沟通技巧和客户关系技巧；
• 适应频繁出差，每月不少于15 天；
• 熟练使用WORD 、EXCEL 、PPT 等办公软件；
• 较好的英文水平。
