Then come and join our Vietnam team as Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow Siemens Healthineers' strategic healthcare accounts in Vietnam.

The role focuses on building long-term customer partnerships, identifying business opportunities, and translating customer needs into sustainable growth for Siemens Healthineers.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong relationship builder and effective cross-functional leader who can work across Business Lines, Marketing, Service and Project Management to deliver customer value and business results.

Your Role:

Strategic Account Management

Develop and execute Account Business Plans aligned with Siemens Healthineers' strategy.
Understand customers' strategies, investment plans, clinical priorities and development needs.
Build strong relationships with hospital leaders, C-level executives and key clinical stakeholders.
Develop executive-level engagement and long-term strategic partnerships.
Identify opportunities to expand and grow strategic accounts.

Business Development & Sales

Identify, develop and convert strategic business opportunities.
Build and manage sales pipeline, forecasts and account growth plans.
Develop customer proposals, tenders, partnerships and strategic initiatives.
Work with Business Lines to develop solutions addressing customer needs.
Drive complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities through to successful closure.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Business Lines, Marketing & Communications, Service, Project Management, Finance, Legal and Compliance to execute account strategies.
Mobilize internal resources to address complex customer requirements and deliver successful outcomes.

Account Performance

Monitor account performance, opportunities and strategic milestones.
Provide regular management updates, forecasts and account reviews.

Your qualification and experience:

Bachelor's degree or above in Diagnostic Imaging, Medical Technology or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Strategic Sales or a similar role.
Experience in healthcare, medical devices is strongly preferred.
Proven track record managing complex accounts, stakeholders and sales cycles.
Experience working with hospitals or healthcare organizations is an advantage.

Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Vietnam.
