We're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our growing Commercial team. In this role, you'll partner with some of our most valued enterprise customers, developing strategic relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping organisations unlock the full value of our data solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, enjoys engaging with senior stakeholders, and is motivated by delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

    As a Key Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers, working collaboratively across the business to drive long-term success and sustainable growth.


    You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering strategic account plans that support customer and business objectives.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and create new commercial opportunities.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from solution discussions through to contract renewal and expansion.
  • Leading commercial conversations and negotiations that deliver value for both customers and the business.
  • Demonstrating the value of our products and services through engaging customer discussions and presentations.
  • Working closely with Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintaining accurate opportunity, pipeline and forecasting information within Salesforce.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in enterprise sales, account management or strategic customer growth roles.
  • A strong track record of building and developing customer relationships.
  • Confidence engaging with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • A consultative and customer-focused approach.
  • Experience within technology, data, analytics or SaaS environments would be beneficial.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
