At PIECES, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of our strategic partnerships with leading online fashion retailers such as Zalando, ASOS and About You. As the dedicated Key Account Manager for our online key accounts, you'll play a key role in growing these partnerships by translating customer insights and sales performance into commercial actions that create value for both your customers and PIECES.
YOUR TEAM
You will become part of PIECES' Cross Border Online (CBO) Sales setup, reporting directly to our Sales Director. While you will be the dedicated Key Account Manager for our online customers, you will work closely with colleagues in CBO Administration as well as specialists across Demand Planning, NOOS and Buying.
Success comes from continuously analysing performance, understanding customer behaviour and working closely across functions to ensure the right products are available at the right time.

YOUR ROLE
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of your online key accounts. By understanding each customer's business, you will identify opportunities, challenge existing ways of working and ensure PIECES remains a preferred partner across markets.
You will continuously translate sales data, customer behaviour and assortment performance into commercial actions that create measurable business impact.
More specifically, you will:
Travel activity is approximately 25 to 35 days annually.
