We're looking for an Key Account Manager to join our Medium Business team in Vilnius

This role is for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, meeting customers face-to-face, and helping businesses grow through technology. You'll manage your own portfolio of approximately 120 medium-sized business customers , working with CEOs, business owners, and IT decision-makers across Vilnius and Eastern Lithuania.

What you’ll do:

• Build long-term relationships with existing business customers.
• Meet customers daily and proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Understand customers' businesses and advise customers on solutions including Mobile, Internet, Cloud, Microsoft and IoT, identifying new opportunities.
• Prepare commercial offers, lead negotiations and close agreements.
• Work closely with technical specialists and internal teams to deliver the best customer experience.
• Continuously develop your customer portfolio and create additional value for your clients.

What will help you thrive in this role:

The suitable candidate is a strategic, proactive and solution-oriented doer, focused on customer needs. Additionally, you have strong communication, collaboration and negotiation skills.

• Has at least 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Enjoys meeting customers and building lasting relationships.
• Is naturally curious and takes time to understand customers' businesses before offering solutions.
• Is proactive, well-organized and comfortable managing their own schedule.
• Enjoys negotiations and is motivated by ambitious goals.
• Has a Category B driving licence.
• Speaks fluent Lithuanian and English.​

Previous experience in IT or telecommunications is an advantage—but mindset, curiosity and relationship-building skills matter even more.

Monthly salary range for this position – 2700Eur (gross) + 3750Eur (gross) average quarterly bonus, which final amount depends on the results achieved.
