We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, growing the business, and talking to clients about real challenges—not just sales. You’ll be responsible for growing the client portfolio, engaging with decision-makers, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration in the IT services sector.

Your responsibilities:

  • developing and maintaining relationships with key clients,
  • identifying new sales opportunities (upselling, cross-selling),
  • conducting negotiations and closing contracts,
  • collaborating with the Delivery and Presales teams and technology experts,
  • ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the profitability of contracts.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • has experience in B2B sales or account management- at least 3 years,
  • is familiar with the IT industry and understands the needs of business clients,
  • can build relationships with decision-makers and conduct negotiations,
  • is fluent in English and Polish (minimum C1),
  • works independently and enjoys having an impact on results.
