As a Key Account Manager at Candy Hoover d.o.o., you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our most important clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue within your assigned key accounts.
What you will do
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand product penetration within key accounts.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned client organizations.
* Understand customer needs and business objectives to effectively position Candy Hoover d.o.o. products and solutions.
* Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless client experience and project delivery.
* Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and company offerings.
What you need to succeed
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the consumer electronics or home appliance industry.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English and [Local Language, e.g., Slovenian] is required.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
