Job Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Key Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of high-value clients for a UK-based business. Fully remote from South Africa, you'll build deep relationships, retain revenue, and identify strategic growth opportunities across your accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial relationship with a defined portfolio of key accounts
  • Conduct strategic account reviews and develop account growth plans
  • Identify and convert upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Resolve escalated client issues quickly and professionally
  • Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and finance teams to deliver for clients

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years of key account management or strategic sales experience
  • Demonstrable track record of growing and retaining major accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

What's on Offer

  • Salary: R30,000 per month
  • Full-time, permanent remote position
  • Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
  • Equipment provided | 20 days paid leave
