Regional Key Account Manager

1、负责华东区区域性KA客户，如糖巢、来伊份、七货街等、并为所有绩效指标负责；
2、负责KA系统年度合同谈判、签约及促销活动的制定和组织工作；
3、基于对品类,购物者和零售商策略的深刻洞察，通过跨部门合作，与零售商制定联合生意计划，确保玛氏箭牌业务的可持续发展以及投资效益的最大化；
4、和区域销售团队及相关职能部门合作，确保计划优异执行,达成完美门店指标；
任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历；
2. 至少5年快消品行业重点客户管理经验；
3. 积极主动，充满激情，富有责任心；
4. 优秀的学习能力,能适应快节奏工作环境；
5. 良好数据分析能力，英文读写能力。
