What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and talented Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day interface with TSAM customer representatives. Perform daily checks on all functions to ensure compliance, perform problem solving & repairs as required.
What do we expect from the candidate?
The candidate will be part of our Service, Sales and Engineering team.
The key responsibilities:
Foster strong relationships with key personnel within TSAM.
Manage chemical stock on a daily basis.
Prepare monthly quotes for chemicals and services and secure purchase orders timeously.
Forward chemical requirements to Production timeously.
Produce Monthly and Quarterly reports accurately and on time.
Prepare quarterly pricing reports for commodities.
Manage day to day operation of the TSAM water treatment.
Manage the on site technicians with specific reference to controllable costs such as overtime.
Target new sales opportunities and report on progress within required time frame.
Survey new sites and prepare proposal/quotations for prospective clients.
Follow up on all proposals to ensure conversion to sales.
Foster strong relationships will all key personnel at each of the client’s sites.
Follow up in conjunction with Debtors Department the payment of services/chemicals/equipment rendered within the specified payment term.
Manage day to day interface with TSAM Customer representatives.
Perform daily checks on all functions to ensure compliance with SLA.
Perform problem solving and repairs as required.
Produce monthly and quarterly reports on performance and pricing.
Manage stock levels and ordering of new stock.
Manage on-site technicians.
Ensure all sites comply with Health, Safety and Quality requirements of Company.

3 to 7 years’ experience in a similar environment.
Thorough, accurate and detail oriented.
Strong relationship builder.
Self-disciplined.
Presentable with good communication skills.

A strong leader and have the ability to mentor junior consultants.
Proven track record of working effectively in remote team settings, demonstrating flexibility, and contributing positively to a collaborative work environment.
Analytical and a Problem-Solving person Exceptional ability to analyse complex requirements, identify potential bottlenecks, and devise effective solutions. Strong debugging skills to efficiently resolve issues in the development process.
