About the Client

Our client is an international Electronic Money Institution providing multi-currency accounts, payment processing, and debit card services to businesses and individuals. They facilitate international transactions through a seamless platform supporting GBP, PLN, USD, and EUR across SWIFT, SEPA, and blockchain networks. Serving over 1,000 businesses in more than 30 countries, they are at the forefront of the financial technology industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of a diverse portfolio of B2B merchants, fostering strong client relationships and enhancing satisfaction and retention. You will have the chance to influence transaction performance through data analysis and strategic recommendations. The role offers a unique blend of client interaction and technical challenge in a hybrid work setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing B2B merchants, ensuring strong relationships and long-term retention.
  • Monitor payment performance metrics like approval and conversion rates, identifying trends and potential issues.
  • Analyse transaction data to recommend improvements in payment methods and technical settings.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives by introducing additional payment methods and markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration and client-specific payment solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to discuss performance and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success roles.
  • Strong background in fintech, payments, acquiring, PSP, or related financial technology environments.
  • Solid understanding of merchant lifecycle, payment flows, and transaction performance metrics.
  • Fluent Russian and strong English (B2+/C1); the role involves communication with international clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with CRM tools and analytics software to track and report on account performance.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver tailored payment solutions.
