Key Account Manager

Your Mission

The mission of the Key Account Manager is to identify, initiate, and follow up on collaborations with semi-industrial and industrial B2B customers ( bakeries and patisseries) in Hungary, reaching the targeted budget and maintain/increase the customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop, formulate and implement a business development plan for the key national accounts
  • Work with cross functional teams to defend core existing business, increase account penetration and win new, profitable business in prospect and existing accounts with strong project management approach
  • Create, develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Promote customer centricity, while ensuring fast support & problem solving at customers
  • Organizing customer events and meetings to develop the business
  • Coordinate and/or negotiate the sales deals with the customer (pricing, delivery conditions, stock control)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met (mainly R&D and marketing)

What we expect from you

  • University level degree in Business, Economics, Food Technology or other relevant area of studies
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar position in a related field – strong focus on business development and key account management
  • Proven record of accomplishment in building and managing national key accounts and in presenting the benefits of products and services to the customers
  • Solid project management, negotiation, new business development and selling skills
  • Strong influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understand your market and manage customer strategy and positioning
  • Relevant B2B experience is an advantage
  • Fluent Hungarian and advanced English are required for this role
