About The Role

We're looking for a Key Account Manager who is ready to own some of Yuno's most strategic client relationships and turn them into long-term, high-impact partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of revenue growth, client success, and product feedback — making it one of the most visible and cross-functional positions in our commercial organization.
You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, which means your clients will trust you to understand their business as well as they do. That level of trust isn't built overnight — it requires genuine curiosity about what your clients are trying to achieve, and the transparency to always set honest expectations, even when the answer is complex or the timeline is longer than anyone would like. At Yuno, we believe that honest relationships are the foundation of durable growth.
This role will also push you to think beyond the accounts you manage today. The payments landscape is evolving fast, and the best KAMs at Yuno are the ones who bring new ideas to the table, spot opportunities before clients ask for them, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Finance to make those opportunities real. We don't want someone who manages a portfolio — we want someone who grows it with ambition.

Your Contribution Will Be
Serve as the primary contact and strategic partner for key accounts, building deep and trusted client relationships
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
Monitor client health and satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns before they become issues
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Oversee the end-to-end implementation and scaling of accounts, from onboarding to long-term expansion
Analyze account performance data to inform strategic decisions and track progress against targets
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and clients
Gather and channel client feedback to help shape product and service improvements
Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and payment industry developments to bring strategic insights to your accounts
Skills You Need
Minimum Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish
3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management, with international clients in payments or tech
Strong ability to manage a portfolio of accounts simultaneously without losing attention to detail
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills — written and verbal
Strategic thinker who can structure complex client situations into clear action plans
High ownership mindset: you follow through, you close loops, you take responsibility
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities can shift quickly
Collaborative and adaptable — you thrive in a startup setting where cross-functional work is the norm
Experience in payments, financial services, or fintech is a strong plus
Background in Project Management or Product Management is a bonus
