Key Account Manager – Drive Growth & Make an Impact

Are you a commercially savvy relationship builder who thrives on managing strategic clients and driving growth? We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in strengthening customer partnerships and delivering measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Analyse data to manage costings, pricing structures and account profitability
  • Prepare reporting and insights to support business and customer decision-making
  • Develop and execute strategic key account plans
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders across customer sites
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen engagement and identify growth opportunities
  • Interpret contracts and understand key commercial terms and clauses
  • Support a range of service offerings across different waste streams
