We’re looking for a Field Based Key Account Manager to develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of salon and spa accounts across North London. This role is focused on long-term account growth, commercial planning, and delivering exceptional value to professional partners — not just selling, but strategically developing business with your clients.
As our Field Based Key Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of salon and spa accounts, acting as a trusted commercial partner responsible for driving sustainable growth and maximising account performance.
Strategic Account Management: Own and develop a portfolio of key salon and spa accounts, building long-term partnerships and delivering tailored growth plans aligned to each client’s business needs.
Sales Growth & Account Development: Identify opportunities to increase spend, expand product usage, and introduce new ranges across existing accounts, while also onboarding and developing new strategic clients.
Commercial Planning & Target Delivery: Take responsibility for account-level revenue targets, using insight, forecasting, and structured planning to drive consistent growth and exceed KPIs.
Client Relationship Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to salon owners and decision-makers, providing commercial insight, category recommendations, and solutions that support their business success.
Product Education & Category Growth: Work closely with education partners to ensure clients fully understand and maximise the OPI portfolio, supporting uptake of new launches and driving category expansion.
Market & Competitor Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and account performance to identify risks and opportunities, feeding insights back into the wider business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with education, marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.
CRM & Reporting Excellence: Maintain accurate account plans, pipeline data, and performance reporting to support forecasting and strategic decision-making.
