We are looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Key Account Manager to join our Capital Sales team in Beijing. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with some of China’s largest mining companies and EPC firms, helping shape major mining projects both within China and internationally.
In this role, you will drive growth across FLS’s full-process mining technology portfolio, develop long-term customer partnerships, and position FLS as the preferred partner for sustainable mining solutions.
Develop and grow strategic relationships with key mining customers and EPC partners across China
Identify and secure opportunities across capital mining projects domestically and internationally
Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to negotiation and contract award
Build and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer growth strategies and investment priorities
Collaborate closely with global product line managers, proposal teams, and technical specialists to deliver tailored customer solutions
Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
Represent FLS at industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows
Ensure alignment with FLS commercial processes, compliance requirements, and ethical standards
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in mining industry sales, business development, or key account management
Strong understanding of mining project workflows, capital project cycles, and customer decision-making processes
Proven experience working with large mining companies, EPC firms, or complex mining projects
Experience managing strategic customer relationships and delivering commercial growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel across China and internationally as required
