Specializing in creating effective financial infrastructure for cross-border fund flows, they manage cross-border payments, FX operations, and payment solution architecture.
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage client communications throughout transaction lifecycles, ensuring service clarity and precision. You will structure and support cross-border payment flows and optimize payment routing models. This role involves assessing deal feasibility and ensuring transparency and control over fund flows.
Manage client communication throughout the full transaction lifecycle, ensuring clarity, precision, and a high level of service
Structure and support cross-border payment flows, including FX and international settlement operations
Design and optimize payment routing and execution models based on transaction specifics and infrastructure capabilities
Assess deal feasibility considering banking partners, regulatory constraints, and internal operational standards
Coordinate execution across clients, internal teams, banks, PSPs, and other external partners
Ensure transparency and control over fund flows across all transaction stages
Handle complex and non-standard payment scenarios requiring structured analysis and decision-making
3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, FX, or international settlements
Hands-on experience with cross-border payment operations and transaction execution
Strong understanding of global payment infrastructure (SWIFT, SEPA, local payment rails, correspondent banking)
Solid knowledge of fund flow logic and settlement lifecycle
Understanding of AML/KYC/KYB requirements in an operational context
Strong ownership and accountability mindset
High attention to detail and operational discipline
Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
