The SF Customs Brokerage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and achieving department goals. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of performance, fostering team development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

About the Job

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients' business needs, objectives, and challenges to identify opportunities for value-added services.
  • Regularly communicate with key clients to maintain a deep understanding of their requirements and address any concerns.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to expand business opportunities with key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure the smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Proactively address client issues, inquiries, and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction levels, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to evaluate their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team regarding market trends and competitive strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account developments.
  • Prepare regular reports on key account performance, revenue generation, and market analysis.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection.
