You’ll work at the forefront of rare disease treatment, building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), driving patient identification, and enabling access to life-changing therapies. Every day, your work will help address unmet medical needs and improve patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with purpose: Build and nurture long-term relationships with HCPs, providing expert education on rare diseases and Sobi’s innovative portfolio.
• Drive impact: Execute commercial strategies that deliver results, achieve sales targets, grow market share, and remove barriers to patient care.
• Be the expert: Develop deep knowledge of therapeutic areas, patient journeys, multi-disciplinary teams and treatment options to support rapid diagnosis and optimal care.
• Collaborate for success: Work cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and patient support teams to deliver value-based solutions and impactful educational events.
• Innovate and adapt: Use data-driven insights, CRM and digital tools to optimize engagement and territory planning.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in science, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, business, or similar.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales/key account management experience in specialty care and/or rare diseases.
• Experience in rare, ultra-rare, or orphan disease areas (haematology/immunology and/or nephrology preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
• Completed Medicines Australia CEP program and valid Australian driver’s license.
