About the role

This position is for a Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by managing strategic key accounts, strengthening channel partnerships, and executing channel expansion initiatives & business from them. The role blends key account management, distribution strategy, and project management for key accounts to ensure disciplined execution of business plans across central-JB -Penang regions and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Manage and grow assigned strategic key accounts (institutional partners).

• Develop annual account plans, including revenue targets, joint business plans, and growth initiatives.

• Act as the single point of contact for key accounts, ensuring alignment across sales, supply chain,

finance.

• Drive relationship depth with decision-makers and influencers at partner organizations.

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline reviews for key accounts and channels.

• Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and channel performance to recommend corrective

actions.

• Drive data-based decision-making using dashboards and performance reviews.

• Ensure adherence to

governance, pricing, and credit policies.

Requirements

We are looking for people who has excellent stakeholder management and experienced in project management. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• Minimum Degree holder in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC field or equivalent
• Has network connection
• Strong skills in account planning
