What does this role look like for you?

To consider this role, we are looking for someone who understands our strategy and client's strategy well and who has the passion to lead the business. we are looking for candidates with good communication skills and strategic thinking internally and externally with positive.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall direction and control of sales activities in KAM team
  • Identify emergent off channel trends and input into the off-channel strategy and objectives
  • Develop and recommend marketing plans and annual sales forecasts for the off, propose budgets and advise management on the market strategies required to achieve sales targets
  • Plan and manage the sales effort in the off; receive and assess detailed sales reports from off managers and report results to head of sales
  • Monitor market trends in the off and advise management of changes in competition, product availability or related matters.
  • Collaborate with sales promotion, training and market research staff in planning and executing special projects and programs
  • Demonstrate effective resource management ensuring off sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards
  • Manage & grow KAM (Key account managers) to win at competition and be armed with KAM’s functional skill
  • Responsible for the P/L with maximizing efficiency & effectiveness
  • Drive NRM (Net revenue management) to fuel into the priority

What you need to bring to this role:

  • Minimum 7 years of business experience with at least 3 years’ experience in off market
  • Commercial awareness with previous experience in customer facing roles in an FMCG environment ideally the liquor, drink & CPG industry
  • Exposure to working in rapidly changing environments
  • Good understanding of business strategy
