• Key Account Management und Ausbau der Geschäftsbeziehungen mit bestehenden Grosskunden in Abstimmung mit dem Global Key Account Management
• Umsetzung der global abgestimmten Vertriebsstrategie am Standort
• Verantwortlich für den lokalen Auftragseingang sowie Forecast- und Budgetplanung des Kunden
• Regelmässige Account-Reviews mit dem Global Key Account Manager und Global Product Manager
• Regelmässige Kundenbesuche und Dienstreisen innerhalb Europas und den USA
• Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium (Master/Diplom)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, Key Account Management oder Produktmanagement
• Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Optik, Photonik, Halbleiter wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse in SAP und MS Office sowie der Arbeit mit einem CRM
• Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Empathie
• Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Internationale Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20%
• Verhandlungssicher in Englisch
