Pay Range: $140,000 - $150,000.00
YOUR ROLE
Your primary responsibility is to develop and strengthen CEVA’s business relationships with strategic Healthcare customers across North America, aligning commercial priorities, financial performance, and operational capabilities to ensure customer success.
This role focuses on managing a portfolio of key healthcare and pharmaceutical accounts, with particular emphasis on complex logistics solutions including cold chain and regulatory-sensitive environments.
Key areas of focus include but are not limited to:
- Customer Growth: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across all CEVA business lines within assigned healthcare accounts
- Customer Retention: Ensure the successful retention and expansion of existing business across all geographies through strong engagement and operational excellence
- Customer Relationships: Build and expand relationships at executive and stakeholder levels across customer organizations
- Negotiations: Lead and coordinate commercial negotiations for major contracts, RFQs, and strategic opportunities
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Act as the senior relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of Healthcare accounts, developing strong relationships at executive and decision-maker levels
- Develop and execute account strategies, including forecasts, budgets, and growth plans aligned with CEVA’s commercial objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Pricing, Solutions, and Procurement teams to deliver integrated logistics solutions
- Drive sales performance by monitoring customer activity, profitability, and growth opportunities
- Lead customer pricing discussions and proposals, coordinating internally and negotiating externally
- Identify value creation opportunities and propose innovative, customer-centric solutions
- Support cross-selling initiatives across CEVA’s business lines to maximize account penetration and growth
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and operational delivery to support long-term partnerships
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Proven experience managing Regional or Global Key Accounts, preferably within Healthcare or Pharma sectors
- Strong knowledge of supply chain solutions, including cold chain logistics and regulatory requirements (GDP)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial negotiations and strategic customer relationships
- Solid understanding of RFQ processes, pricing strategies, and solution design
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth and profitability within assigned accounts
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, including interaction with senior executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business tools
- Fluent in English
