Anticipatingthecustomerneedsanddevelopingexistingandnewbusiness
opportunitiesinChinathroughtheregionalmarketingstrategy

Generatingsalesinlinewithrevenuegeneration&diversifiedrevenuestreams
Buildingatrusting&longstandingrelationshipwithclientstosecurefuturebusiness
EnsuringAirbusBeyondcustomers’satisfaction&retentionunderhis/heraccounts

Marketing:
InvestigatethemarketpositionandbenchmarkthesolutionsinChina
Navigatethecompetitionenvironmentandmarketchangetodefinetheregionalmarketingstrategy
Leadthemarketinginitiativesforthemeaningfulinfluencetocustomers(e.g.seminar,conference,communication..).
Leveragethenewbrandingandstrategytoengagewithlocalpartners
Commercialoperation:
ProposeandfollowuptheprojectseitherpartnershipswithChineseinstitutionsand authorities,orthesynergieswithotherregionstodevelopbusinessopportunities
Anticipate,understandandinfluencetheclient'sneedsandliaisonwithfaculties
Negotiateandcontractwithcustomerstoreachcommercialtargets
Havethekeystakeholdermappingandanalysisforareliableworkingrelationship
Growlocalbusiness&revenuestreams
Enrichlocalresourcestomeetcustomerrequirements(bothlocalandglobal)
Ensurethecompliancetotheprocessrequirements(commercial,procurement,E&C, exportcontrol)

Managefinanceaspectsincludingcustomerpayment,budgetspentaccordingtothebudgetPerformanceManagement:
Executetheplan,controlandmonitortheprogressandreporttoHOAirbusBeyondinChinaonactivitiesandresultsforthedecision
Leadthecommercialimprovementprojectfortheefficiency
Ensureandmaintaingoodreputation,relationshipwithcustomersandpartners
ProtectAirbusBeyondIPinChinesemarket
ContinueapooloflocaltrainersincollaborationwithAirbusBeyondtrainers
EnsurethealignmentandcollaborationwithAirbusBeyondCentral
Developmentoflocaltrainingprogramme:
Anticipateanddefinetherequirementsofthetrainingprogrammestogetherwithclients
Architecttheoverallsolutionandsourcingrequiredsolutiontomeetcustomerrequirement
