What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Key Accounts Executive to support and grow relationships with our internal department and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and support.
• Deal with recruiters on a daily basis and help them with their queries related to assigned positions.
• Assign positions to recruiters and make sure they clearly understand the job requirements and expectations.
• Always set deadlines for every position and regularly follow up to ensure timely closures.
• Discuss JDs with recruiters, clarify client requirements, and help resolve any challenges they face during the hiring process.
• Communicate any client issues or feedback with my team members so everyone stays aligned and can handle the client accordingly.
• Conduct meetings with clients to discuss hiring progress, resolve concerns, and ensure smooth position closures.
• Schedule recurring meetings between clients and recruiters whenever needed to keep the hiring process on track.
• Support recruiters throughout the hiring process and help them close positions by providing guidance and resolving roadblocks.
• Align with the Accounts team to discuss position closures, invoice status, reversals, and ensure accurate coordination between recruitment and finance.
• Internally discuss client-related concerns with my team members so we can plan the right approach before communicating with the client.
• Make sure the entire recruitment process runs smoothly by coordinating between clients, recruiters, and the internal team.
• Manage and update ClickUp to track job progress, deadlines, tasks, and overall recruitment workflow.
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

• 6 months -1 year of experience in operations, account management, or business coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Close attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a recruitment or HR services environment (a plus).
• Basic understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, or account management workflows.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Other Details:

Work Mode: Hybrid, Karachi

Experience: 1 year

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 9 AM-5 PM
