As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets across designated accounts in the drugstore channel. You’ll lead strategic initiatives to support the patient journey and position Sandoz and its brands effectively in the market.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Drive sales and promotion activities to meet commercial goals within assigned accounts.
Develop and implement account-specific business plans and strategies.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Support contract preparation and negotiation.
Organize customer events and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ensure accurate CRM data entry and stakeholder mapping.
Report technical complaints/adverse events within 24 hours.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Proven experience managing drugstore accounts or similar retail channels.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills to drive strategic decisions and business growth.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Working proficiency in English is an advantage.
