Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Key Account Engineer to support the growth of our Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)
business across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role involves managing customer accounts, supporting project transfers, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow EMS business in Singapore, Philippines, and Vietnam by securing new opportunities and project transfers
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity identification to project handover
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project transfer and execution
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address operational matters
• Promote company products, services, and capabilities
• Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review
• Represent the company at trade events, seminars, and outreach activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• 1-2 years experience in the electronics industry or EMS sales is preferred
  
  Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders)
• Willing to travel overseas for customer visits when required
